Fenomena Tagar Foodporn di Instagram Berbahasa Indonesia: Sebuah Tinjauan Gramatika Visual
Abstract
Fenomena tagar foodporn di Instagram merupakan salah satu tren yang dominan dalam dunia media sosial. Fenomena ini menggambarkan evolusi masyarakat saat ini dalam berkomunikasi dan berbagi pengalaman makanan secara visual pada era digital sehingga diperlukan sebuah langkah untuk menelisik gambar pada unggahan Instagram dengan tagar foodporn dilihat dari sudut pandang gramatika visual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Hasil dari analisis menunjukan bahwa gambar pada unggahan dengan tagar foodporn berbahasa Indonesia di Instagram direpresentasikan oleh menu utama dari mancanegara, kudapan manis, dan menu dengan sayuran. Temuan lain juga menunjukan adanya potensi untuk mempromosikan gaya hidup sehat melalui gambaran makanan sehat dan seimbang dengan representasi yang menggugah selera. Rekomendasi berdasarkan hasil simpulan analisis adalah tagar ini mempromosikan makanan sehat dan tagar ini juga memiliki potensi untuk mempromosikan kuliner nusantara.
