Penerapan Teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) Berbasis Assemblr Edu Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Biologi Materi Pembelahan Sel Kelas XII SMA Negeri Kangae

Pada era digital 4.0 teknologi memainkan peran penting dalam dunia pendidikan, berbagai informasi mudah diakses melalui smartphone. teknologi AI dapat diterapkan sebagai media penunjang pembelajaran di kelas agar tujuan pembelajaran tetap bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknologi Augmented Reality berbasis Assemblr Edu terhadap hasil belajar dan respon peserta didik pada materi pembelahan sel di kelas XII SMA Negeri Kangae. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain Nonquivalent Control Group. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh peserta didik kelas XII MIA dan XII IIS, dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, yakni kelas XII-MIA sebagai kelas kontrol dan XII-IIS sebagai kelas eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes formatif dengan instrumen berupa 23 soal pilihan ganda yang mencakup pre-test dan post-test. Analisis hasil belajar menggunakan rumus Normalized Gain (N-Gain) dan uji hipotesis dengan Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar pada materi pembelahan sel berada dalam kategori rendah dan kurang efektif, sehingga metode ini dinilai kurang tepat diterapkan untuk kelas XII SMA Negeri Kangae T.A 2024/2025. Namun, respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan media ini sangat positif dan menarik. Oleh karena itu, Augmented Reality berbasis Assemblr Edu dapat dijadikan alternatif media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan inovatif, khususnya dalam memvisualisasikan konsep abstrak seperti pembelahan sel.
