PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GROUP INVESTIGATION (GI) TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA SMP MUHAMMADIYAH PALOPO

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Pre-Experimental. Desain yang digunakan yaitu One Group Pretest Postes Desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah Palopo. Sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling yang terdiri dari 22 siswa, diantaranya 9 siswa laki-laki dan 13 siswa perempuan. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif diperoleh data bahwa motovasi belajar siswa sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran Group Investigation berada pada kategori sangat rendah dengan nilai rata-rata 43.64 sedangkan motivasi belajar siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran Group Investigation bearada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata mencapai 85. Dari hasil diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran group Investigation berada pada kategori tinggi.
