Eksplorasi Nilai-Nilai Multikultural dalam Sastra Anak Sumbawa sebagai Revitalisasi Pendidikan Nilai dan Karakter
Abstract
Penelitian ini adalah sebuah studi untuk mendeksripsikan nilai-nilai multikultural yang terdapat dalam sastra anak Sumbawa. Sastra anak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni: (1) Cerita Jompong Suar, (2) Cerita Marbat Bore, (3) Cerita Lala Bunte, (4) Cerita Kakek Aca di Puncak Sekunyit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analisis isi (content analysis) yang berfokus pada satu sasaran (subjek), yaitu cerita-cerita anak Sumbawa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka dan wawancara sejumlah narasumber. Wacana dianalisis menggunakan teknik cuplikan (sampling) yaitu dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif (interactive model of analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai multikultural yang terdapat di dalam keempat cerita antara lain: nilai kultural/kebudayaan, nilai agama, nilai kesetaraan, nilai persaudaraan/gotong royong, nilai toleransi, nilai keadilan, nilai kepemimpinan/demokrasi.
