Peningkatan hasil belajar, model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan tipe numbered heads together
Abstract
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII.C SMP Datok Sulaiman Palopo Palopo pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2016/2017 sebanyak 30 orang. Pada pelaksanaannya siswa dibagi dalam 6 kelompok heterogen yang terdiri dari 5-6 orang. Siklus I dan siklus II masing-masing dilaksanakan selama 3 kali pertemuan. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan observasi. Dari data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : (1) Hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa setelah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siklus I berada dalam kategori “sedang” dengan skor rata-rata 61,03 dan standar deviasi 5,93, skor tertinggi 71 dan skor terendah 49 dari skor ideal yang mungkin dicapai yaitu 100. (2) Hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa setelah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siklus II berada dalam kategori “tinggi” dengan skor rata-rata 70,73 dan standar deviasi 7,72, skor tertinggi 88 dan skor terendah 60 dari skor ideal yang mungkin dicapai yaitu 100. Selain itu, juga terungkap bahwa semangat, keberanian dan rasa percaya diri siswa mengalami peningkatan selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT.
