PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CASE BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATERI VIRUS KELAS XG MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 2 PONTIANAK

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik, terutama dalam pembelajaran materi virus di kelas XG Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pontianak. Studi ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menerapkan Case Based Learning pada materi virus. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam dua siklus, di mana setiap siklus mencakup dua pertemuan. Setiap siklus meliputi empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan tindakan (action), observasi (observation), dan refleksi (reflection). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes hasil belajar. Instrumen penelitian divalidasi menggunakan validitas isi melalui analisis Aiken's V, serta diuji reliabilitasnya dengan metode Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) dan Kuder-Richardson Formula 20 (KR-20). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dari 68,18% pada Siklus I menjadi 90,91% pada Siklus II. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Case Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, khususnya pada materi virus di kelas XG Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pontianak.
