Pengaruh Metode Butterfly Hug Tehadap Perubahan Tingkat Kecemasan Pada Ibu Hamil Dalam Menghadapi Persalinan Normal

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode butterfly hug terhadap perubahan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre – eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre – post test design. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 25 ibu hamil yang akan menghadapi persalinan normal dan mengalami kecemasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rerata tingkat kecemasan responden sebelum pemberian metode butterfly hug yaitu 19 (kecemasan sedang) dan sesudah pemberian metode nilai rerata turun menjadi 13.92 (kecemasan ringan). Hasil analisis uji Paired T Test diperoleh nilai p = 0.000 (<0.05), artinya terdapat pengaruh metode butterfly hug terhadap perubahan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan normal di ruang bersalin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, butterfly hug dapat membantu menurunkan kecemasan karena memiliki gerakan yang dapat menstimulasi otak dengan mengaktifkan saraf parasimpatik dan memproduksi hormon oksitosin yang berperan meningkatkan rasa nyaman.
