ANALISIS ETNOMATEMATIKA PADA STRUKTUR DAN FILOSOFI MASJID KUNO RAMBITAN SEBAGAI REPRESENTASI BUDAYA SASAK

Abstract
Suku sasak Lombok dikenal memiliki beragam budaya, salah satunya tercermin dalam Masjid Kuno Rambitan. Masjid ini merupakan bangunan yang menggambarkan hubungan antara nilai spiritual, sosial, dan kearifan lokal yang diwariskan secara turun temurun. Selain memiliki nilai budaya, tersimpan juga nilai matematis dalam struktur bangunannya yang dapat dianalisis melalui pendekatan etnomatematika. Etnomatematika itu sendiri merupakan ilmu yang mengkaji hubungan antara matematika dan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep matematika pada struktur dan filosofi Masjid Kuno Rambitan. Contohnya; geometri bangun datar segitiga pada bentuk atap dan proporsi ukuran pintu yang rendah mengandung konsep matematis yang merepresentasikan nilai kesederhanaan dan keseimbangan. Metodologi penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Secara tidak langsung masyarakat sasak telah menerapkan konsep matematika dalam proses pembangunan Masjid Kuno Rambitan. selain memperkaya pemahaman terhadap budaya lokal, penelitian ini juga dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika yang kontekstual, sehingga siswa dapat memahami materi secara lebih konkret dan bermakna.
